Job summary

Centalion seeks a Regional Head of HSE to lead health, safety and environmental strategy across the United States and Latam, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global policies. You will drive governance, risk management, and reporting while coordinating with global functions.

The role demands 15+ years of HSE/operational experience, leadership across multiple countries, and strong knowledge of US OSHA, EPA and DOT requirements. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• University degree (engineering).
• 15+ years HSE or operational experience.
• Experience in natural gas and power or with an oil major.
• Experience in upstream, downstream, refining or LNG operations.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience in multi-country leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HSE governance and regional deployment.
• Identify risks, controls, and carry out audits.
• Develop regional objectives and review incident management.
• Develop the regional reporting system.
