Job summary

MISTRAS Group in the United States North region is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to coordinate, implement, and maintain the HSE program across the region, interfacing with operations and clients to promote safety culture during site visits, tenders, audits, and field engagements.

You will lead the HSE team, develop annual action plans, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years HSE experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• CSP/ASP/SMS preferred.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with ISNetworld/Veriforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional HSE functions and ensure HSE system implementation.
• Coordinate with corporate HSE team for system deployment.
• Identify and control hazards, risks and environmental aspects.
• Develop region-specific procedures and audits.
• Prepare monthly reports and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and risk analyses.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Develop emergency response plans and onsite training.
• Promote safety culture during site visits and client engagements.
• Plan and conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance.
