Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Regional Health, Safety & Environmental Lead/Manager to oversee HSE strategy and execution across seven U.S. and Canadian manufacturing facilities.

The role partners with plant leadership to standardize programs, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and foster a proactive safety culture in the region. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, with multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including multi-site or regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE strategy across seven manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
• Standardize programs, strengthen regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, environmental permitting, and fire/life safety requirements.
• Conduct site audits and regulatory matters support for local teams.
• Track regional HSE performance and report metrics to leadership.
• Coach site HSE teams and leaders to strengthen safety ownership.
• Travel regularly to provide hands-on HSE leadership and site support.
