Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading a team.
• CSP/ASP/SMS certifications preferred.
• Experience with ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Experience with HSE information exchange platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and maintain the HSE program across the U.S. North region.
• Promote the safety program with operations and clients.
• Lead incident investigations and risk analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Manage HSE audits, training, and performance metrics.
• Develop regional HSE budgets and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and MISTRAS HSE standards.
