Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to coordinate, implement, and maintain the HSE program across the U.S. North region. You will engage with operations and clients, promote safety culture, and lead continuous improvement while reporting to the HSE Director and Regional VP of Operations.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, training, budgeting, and regional HSE plan execution. Be prepared for extensive field engagements and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Ability to communicate and influence decisions at all levels.
• Proven leadership skills with staff management and coaching.
• Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (overnight/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Manages Health, Safety and Environmental functions for the region.
• Liaises with corporate HSE team to apply the management system.
• Monitors hazards, risks and environmental aspects.
• Implements HSE procedures and regional procedures.
• Prepares monthly reports, trends and action plans.
