CBX Solutions LLC is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with regional goals and lead workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the Western US region.

The role emphasizes strategic partner work with senior leaders, multi-site guidance, and cross-functional collaboration, with 25–35% travel and a strong focus on talent and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR considered with strong regional leadership.
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience across multi-site or multi-state.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Regional Director and leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Lead regional HR initiatives including mergers & acquisitions integration.
• Oversee regional people metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage escalated employee relations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel 25–35% and maintain 25% in-branch presence monthly.
