Job summary

Xclusive Services is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for our external staffing workforce across the assigned region. You will work closely with regional service teams and service leaders, delivering timely HR support, guidance, and people-management strategies at client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience in staffing, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/ SCP, PHR/SPHR) required or 10+ years relevant experience in lieu of certification.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR partner for regional service teams and leaders.
• Own employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, and issue resolution.
• Coach managers on performance management, discipline, attendance, and professionalism.
• Identify recurring issues and risk drivers to inform preventative strategies and manager development.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on policy interpretation and centralized programs.
