Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with associates and management across communities in a defined region. The role acts as a culture driver, consultant and change agent, proactively addressing HR needs with COEs and leadership.

You will lead wage analysis, develop talent strategies, and partner with compensation, legal and Talent Management COEs to implement people initiatives that support Brookdale's goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, associate relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in wage analysis to review local market data and partner with the Compensation COE.
• Analyzes trends and HR metrics to develop solutions and talent strategies.
• Develops and implements HR policies to meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Advises leadership on hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and health/safety issues.
• Manages complex associate relations issues and conducts investigations.
