Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix seeks a Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners to lead a regional team and partner with business leaders. You will drive employee engagement, performance, and compliance across multiple locations, ensuring proactive HR support for growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven HR, and collaborative problem solving to strengthen workforce culture and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or another related field, preferred.
• High School degree or GED required.
• Two (2) or more years of prior leadership experience (project management experience qualifies).
• Customer-focused orientation with strong communication skills and the ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Proven ability to be analytical and handle confidential and sensitive data effectively.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement for human capital and/or operational issues.
• Working knowledge of current state and federal rules and regulations regarding employment.
• Superior client services skills with the ability to work collaboratively with organizational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HRBP and ER Partner teams across multiple units and locations.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Review analytics to identify opportunities and guide HRBP strategy.
• Counsel leaders on performance management, retention, and org design initiatives.
• Promote a high-performance culture aligned with core values and engagement goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
• Provide operational support and travel to company locations as needed.
• Attend to ongoing duties and maintain regular attendance.
