Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners to lead a team of HRBPs and Employee Relations Specialists across multiple locations. The role partners with business leaders to drive performance, retention, and culture, while ensuring policy compliance and data-informed decisions.

You will develop talent, guide change initiatives, and coordinate HR programs to support business growth and a high-engagement workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience or proven project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HRBPs and ER Partners across multiple units and locations.
• Set performance expectations and success metrics for the teams.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, mentorship and professional development.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and guide HR strategy and decisions.
• Provide consultation during organizational design, change management, and restructuring.
• Promote a high-performance culture aligned with core values and compliance.
• Travel to company locations as needed and support HR service continuity.
