Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners to lead a region of HRBPs and Employee Relations specialists, shaping proactive programs for business growth and engagement.

The role partners with senior HR leadership to resolve complex employee relations matters, drive policy compliance, and deliver analytics-driven HR strategy across multiple locations. Travel to sites is required, and a comprehensive benefits package supports total rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, or related field.
• Two or more years of prior leadership experience, with project management considered a plus.
• Strong communication and partnering skills with internal clients.
• Ability to analyze data and manage confidential information.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HRBPs and ER Partners across multiple locations and business units.
• Provide governance for employee relations investigations and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement proactive HR initiatives and change management.
• Use analytics to guide HR strategy and improve retention and engagement.
• Support organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure consistent HR service delivery and risk management across regions.
• Provide operational support and cross-functional partnership as needed.
• Travel to company locations as required.
