Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners to lead a regional HRBP and Employee Relations team. You will partner with business leaders on performance management, retention, and organizational design, while driving analytics and culture initiatives.

This role focuses on risk mitigation, policy compliance, and proactive employee relations in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or another related field.
• Two or more years of prior leadership experience (project management experience qualifies).
• Proven ability to be analytical and handle confidential and sensitive data effectively.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement for human capital and/or operational issues.
• Working knowledge of current state and federal rules and regulations regarding employment.
• Superior client services skills with the ability to work collaboratively with organizational teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of HRBPs and ER Partners supporting multiple business units and locations.
• Oversee workload prioritization and ensure consistent HR service delivery across assigned regions.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure employee relations matters are addressed consistently, fairly, and in accordance with policy and law.
• Reviews analytics regarding people matters to identify opportunities for improvement and support growth initiatives.
• Guides HRBPs in partnering with business leaders on performance management, retention, and succession planning.
• Promotes a high-performance culture aligned with core values and drives culture change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
