Job summary

TIENS Group Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Regional HRBP to align workforce plans with regional expansion, manage talent across borders, and partner with Global HQ HR on cross-border initiatives.

The role requires travel up to 20% and flexibility to work remotely across key regional hubs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in law or HR, with 5+ years of HR experience including regional exposure, and strong Mandarin and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Alignment with regional executives to support expansion.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: design localized strategies and succession planning.
• Performance Management & Culture: implement standardized appraisal systems and drive high-performance culture.
• Compliance & Employee Relations: monitor labor law developments and resolve complex issues across regions.
