Job summary

TIENS Group in New York City seeks a strategically minded Strategic Projects Associate to work directly with the Chairman.

This role is international in scope, requiring fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, and frequent global travel. You will support cross-border initiatives, coordinate executive communications, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans across TIENS' diverse businesses.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, technology or international business is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chairman in coordinating and driving key strategic projects across TIENS Group’s global businesses.
• Track milestones, deliverables and action items to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate resources to resolve issues and support project implementation.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the Chairman and international teams and partners.
• Prepare executive communications and materials in English and Chinese.
