Job summary

Epicor seeks a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across the United States and Canada. You will serve as a trusted HR generalist across employee relations, performance, and organizational development in a growing ERP software environment.

You will partner with HR centers of excellence and functional partners to translate business priorities into practical people solutions, while advancing AI-enabled HR initiatives with proper human oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in tech/SaaS/ERP.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience guiding leaders through change and restructures.
• Experience with AI/automation in HR workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to manage risk and policy updates.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to inform regional strategy.
• Lead manager enablement, engagement programs, and communications.
• Support change initiatives, growth, and organizational design.
• Contribute to AI-enabled HR solutions with oversight controls.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional partners.
• Ensure compliant, data-informed decision making across US/Canada.
