North Carolina Association of Official Court Reporters seeks an HR Regional Trainer to lead regional staff development initiatives and to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across multiple sites. The role emphasizes adult learning principles, coaching, and organizational development within a statewide system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of training development experience in a progressive training or teaching role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing multi-faceted programs.
• Working experience in coaching, mediation, and/or consulting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person training and facilitate webinars for regional work locations.
• Coordinate logistics: classrooms, technology, publications, handouts, and equipment.
• Create course schedules within LMS and track attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Provide facilitation, coaching, and organizational development activities for groups and individuals.
• Adapt facilitation style to audience needs to ensure inclusive learning environments.
• Develop training curricula and instructional materials for in-class and online environments.
• Represent the agency at regional/statewide events and work with leadership teams.
