Job summary

Hirenexus seeks a Director, Regional HR Business Partner to work with Regional VPs across a fast-growing, PE-backed hospitality services portfolio in the United States. This leader will drive talent strategy, succession, career pathing, and leadership bench depth while overseeing multi-site HR programs and integration for acquisitions.

The role requires analytical rigor, an ability to tie programs to business outcomes, and regular regional travel to scale markets and teams.

Qualifications

• Four-strength profile: operating leadership, talent management, HR leadership, consulting.
• Proven experience leading HR programs and teams.
• Experience building talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership bench depth.
• Willingness to travel regionally and multi-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult Regional VPs on talent and organizational issues, from diagnosis to results.
• Own regional talent strategy: talent reviews, succession, career pathing, and leadership bench depth.
• Lead org design and workforce planning as markets scale.
• Tie every program to a business goal and a measurable metric.
• Lead people integration for acquisitions while protecting local brand integrity.
• Build programs from scratch across a multi-site footprint, then scale with central People teams.
• Coach leaders on performance and employee relations, coordinating with Legal and central ER.
