Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple sites or locations.
• Deep knowledge of California employment law; Washington familiarity is a plus.
• Hands-on, execution-first style with documentation.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to HR expert on multi-site compliance and employment law.
• Lead HR operations, policy development, onboarding, and training programs.
• Directly manage HR personnel and build scalable HR processes.
• Partner with the CEO to shape an HR roadmap and support future acquisitions.
