Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Director for Venue Operations to build and lead HR across a fast‑scaling, multi‑location platform serving ~900 venue-based team members across 200 partner hotels and resorts. This hybrid role partners with the COO and SVP leadership to shape staffing, development, and retention strategies.

You will own employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and retention for a distributed frontline workforce, coaching venue leaders and aligning HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, multi-site or multi-location

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to COO and SVP leaders across partner venues.
• Coach executives on people leadership, coaching, and performance conversations.
• Advise operations on organizational design, span of control, and team structure.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling for frontline workforce.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs and reduce time-to-fill.
• Oversee employee relations case management, investigations, and performance management.
• Ensure wage/hour policy and labor law compliance across venues.
• Manage safety, injury reporting, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Drive retention and engagement programs for frontline and event-driven roles.
