Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases.

Responsibilities

• Provides employee relations and manager support across sites.
• Serves as main point of contact for HR inquiries and policy navigation.
• Supports promotions, investigations, PIP terms and restructurings.
• Collaborates with HR workforce-support teams to resolve issues promptly.
