Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Workforce Support Specialist for the Solutions Group in Miamisburg, OH. You will directly support employees and leaders on day-to-day HR needs and will be based in Miamisburg, OH.

You will serve as the main point of contact for employee relations inquiries in the region. Reporting to the US Workforce Support Manager, you will help resolve inquiries promptly, support promotions, investigations, and restructurings, and leverage ServiceNow and GPS processes to improve HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
• 1–4 years of related experience.
• Willing to work a hybrid role at Performance Tapes locations.
• Willing to travel quarterly to Mt. Juliet, TN and other US sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive employee relations and manager capability support across sites.
• Lead change initiatives and collaborate with workforce support tiers.
• Handle promotions, investigations, corrective actions, and restructurings.
• Be primary HR contact for employee inquiries, complaints, and case management.
• Utilize GPS, Performance Management, and Development processes.
• Coach employees and leaders on leadership processes and conflict resolution.
