Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of related human resources experience.
• Detailed understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to successfully use digital case management and workflow management tools to complete core activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support across sites and recommend ER strategies to boost morale.
• Serve as main contact for HR inquiries, complaints, and service, collaborating with workforce support tiers to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist employees and managers with promotions, investigations, corrective actions, PIP terms, and restructurings.
• Support leaders and employees on GPS, Performance Management, Development, and conflict management resources.
• Become proficient in ad.a/ServiceNow to manage regional employee relations and support HR projects.
