Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks an experienced HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management, and employment practices across regions. This role partners with HR Regional Managers to design and execute programs, analyze HR operations, and support integration during acquisitions.

Travel 25-50% is required. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, a BS/BA in a related field, and strong knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline required.
• Typically 7+ years HR experience.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive and manage HR programs in OE, staffing, learning, performance management, and employment practices.
• Manage associate relations to maintain a productive environment.
• Provide HR guidance to HR Regional Managers and staff.
• Analyze HR reports to evaluate operations for assigned area.
• Assess regional needs and develop/respond with programs.
• Support acquisition integrations including orientation, benefits and training.
• Role requires 25–50% overnight travel.
