Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations and labor relations.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations cases and conduct investigations.
• Develop and deliver manager training on employee relations.
• Implement HR policy and ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs for local employee support.
