Job summary

Travelport is seeking a Regional People Business Partner to support HR operations for the US and Canada from Atlanta. The role leads a small regional team, advising managers and employees on performance, attendance, policy interpretation, and investigations.

You will partner with People Team and business leaders to drive a positive, compliant work environment in a tech-driven, fast-paced setting, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Extensive employee relations skills and experience.
• Performance management and attendance issues handling.
• Disability and workplace investigations experience.
• Policy interpretation and advisory capability.
• Experience leading a regional HR team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert for US and Canada.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on diverse employee matters.
• Oversee resolution of employee concerns to mitigate legal exposure.
• Advise People Team and business leaders in the US/Canada.
• Create/update US/Canada HR policies in collaboration with COE teams.
• Maintain relationships across cross-functional partners.
• Support a tech-transformative environment.
• Operate in a fast-paced, matrixed setting with multiple priorities.
