Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Human Resources Representative to manage employee and labor relations for a defined client group across branch locations in the San Diego region. You will partner with branch management on HR activities and help resolve workplace challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with a minimum of two years of progressively responsible human resources experience
• High school diploma with a minimum of three years of progressively responsible human resources experience

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct employee investigations in a dynamic and high-volume environment, providing solutions per corporate guidelines and collaborating with leadership.
• Collaborate with branch and regional leaders and the Center of Excellence to interpret HR procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Review employee screening results to ensure policy compliance.
• Enforce company policies, address operational challenges, and serve as liaison between branch staff and regional HR leadership.
• Act as a liaison with regional HR functions (benefits, workers' comp, legal, recruiting) to ensure timely information flow and execution of priorities.
• As needed, assist with new hire orientation and onboarding for administrative hires, large account takeovers and acquisitions.
