Job summary

Allied Universal, Plano, TX region, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Director to lead a regional HR team overseeing employee and labor relations across multiple states. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure policy compliance, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage CBAs where needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, 7+ years HR management experience, and strong HRIS knowledge. Travel ~30% and a commitment to equal opportunity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience.
• Experience with multi-state operations in a regulated service industry.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems and federal/state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Regional HR team.
• Advise on client objectives and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and monitor employee policies across the region.
• Investigate discrimination, harassment, wage/hour and labor law complaints.
• Oversee union relations and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Lead HR projects, automation, and strategic planning.
• Manage field auditing and compliance with HR standards.
• Identify training needs for Operations Managers and HR staff.
