Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Human Resources Representative to manage employee and labor relations for a defined client group, partnering with branch management on HR activities. The role covers San Antonio, Austin, Waco, and Corpus Christi with ~30-40% travel.

Responsibilities include investigations, policy interpretation, compliance, and cross‑functional liaison with HR centers of excellence, benefits, and recruiting. Prior HR experience and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Must have HR experience in a high-volume or dynamic environment.
• Strong investigative and employee relations skills required.
• Ability to travel regionally and engage with field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct employee investigations according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch leaders to interpret HR procedures and ensure legal compliance.
• Review screening results and ensure policy compliance.
• Enforce policies and liaison between staff and regional HR leadership.
• Coordinate with benefits, workers’ comp, legal, recruiting to execute priorities.
• Assist with new hire orientation for administrative hires and large accounts.
