United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking a Sr. Manager Regional Human Resources to partner with operational leadership and execute the company’s HR strategy across a group of facilities.

The role leads an HR team, drives talent development, workforce planning, engagement and labor relations, and oversees compensation, benefits, and risk safety efforts. The position supports a remote-on-site hybrid setup, travels up to 30% and collaborates with senior leaders to deliver HR programs aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR experience required.

Responsabilités

• Leads HR function for a group of facilities or locations and drives performance.
• Manages HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and associates within the group.
• Executes HR programs and aligns with company HR processes.
• Builds relationships with leaders; provides coaching and transparency into work.
• Forecasts talent needs and leads talent review processes for the facility/group.
• Delivers training, onboarding, and succession planning; supports workforce planning.
