United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people strategies across our facilities.

You will partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and compensation programs with operational goals. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and a proactive, people-first mindset to support UNFI’s culture and transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Working knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws.
• Understanding of talent acquisition techniques, recruitment, interviewing skills, and selection.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits policies and programs, employee relations practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic plans.
• Provide coaching and consulting to internal partners across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct new hire orientation and communicate HR benefits and policies.
• Execute HR programs and maintain HRIS records.
