UNFI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders across multiple distribution centers in the United States, including Texas. This role focuses on Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Engagement, and Compensation within a people-first culture that drives UNFI’s collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal, state/local employment laws.
• Understanding of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Builds effective relationships with business leaders and serves as a primary HR contact.
• Executes HR strategies across Talent Development, Engagement, Training, and Compensation.
• Provides coaching and conducts investigations as assigned.
• Maintains HRIS records and supports annual HR programs such as performance and wellness.
