Job summary

UNFI’s Atlanta Distribution Center is seeking an HR Manager to partner with operational leadership and drive the facility’s HR strategy, talent development, workforce planning, and associate relations. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and ensure programs align with company goals.

Reporting to the Regional Sr. HR Manager, you’ll execute core HR processes, manage performance, compensation, benefits, safety, and labor relations across the site, while building a culture of collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state/local employment laws.
• Experience in talent development, workforce planning and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the HR function for a facility and executes key projects.
• Directly manages HR Business Partners and associates in the facility.
• Leverages best practices and fosters collaboration regionally and nationally.
• Executes HR programs and aligns with HR processes.
• Collaborates with HR colleagues to share best practices across the company.
• Develops HR capability and supports HR colleagues’ development.
