Sunrise Senior Living in the North Atlanta area is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead people strategy across communities, including Acworth, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Lilburn. This primarily on-site role partners with community leaders on performance management, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and HRIS/ATS administration while visiting sites 4–5 days per week.

The position offers a pay range of 68,000 to 85,000 USD per year, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, tuition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Supervisory and employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management.
• Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations.
• Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff.
• Maintain audit readiness and monthly compliance controls (MKCC).
