Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the North Atlanta area is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead people strategy across communities, including Acworth, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Lilburn. This primarily on-site role partners with community leaders on performance management, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and HRIS/ATS administration while visiting sites 4–5 days per week.

The position offers a pay range of 68,000 to 85,000 USD per year, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, tuition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Supervisory and employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Regional HR Manager – Lead People Strategy Across Communities

This position supports communities across the North Atlanta area, including Acworth, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Lilburn.

This role is primarily on-site, and you’ll split your time between communities to provide HR partnership and support, with approximately 4-5 days per week of on-site presence across these locations, based on the needs of the market.

Pay Range: 68,000.00 - 85,000.00
