LeoForce in Midland, TX seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the local HR function for 400+ employees in the energy sector. This role reports to the executive team and collaborates with local leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities include owning local recruitment (college and local) and partnering with field operations teams (pumpers, PEs, geo-tech, safety) to drive talent and culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years O&G/energy experience.
• Manager-level HR experience.
• Local and college recruiting experience.
