Job summary

Jobot is seeking an HR Generalist to scale, engage, and support the entire local HR function. This role will work directly with the executive team, local leadership, and 800+ employees across Hobbs, NM, and Woodward, OK, with on-site responsibilities and field deployments.

You will lead local recruiting, employee relations, and workforce planning in the energy sector, partnering with site leaders to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR/energy sector experience
• Experience supporting field operations and recruiting
• Travel to Hobbs and Woodward sites as needed
