Jobot is hiring an HR Manager in Midland, TX to own the full local HR function and closely partner with the executive team and site leadership. The role leads a team supporting 400+ employees across the Permian region and adjacent sites, delivering HR strategy, talent lifecycle programs, and culture initiatives.

This position requires Feld operations experience in oil & gas, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel to Hobbs and other Permian sites as needed.
