Job summary

Jobot is seeking an HR Generalist to scale, engage, and support the entire local HR function. This role will work directly with the executive team, local leadership, and 800+ employees across Hobbs and Woodward.

We have openings in Hobbs, NM, and Woodward, OK, with on-site and in-the-field expectations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in O&G/energy and strong recruiting experience, plus willingness to travel to multiple Permian sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years O&G/energy experience.
• Experience with local field operations recruiting.
• Willingness to travel to Hobbs, NM, Woodward, OK and other Permian sites.

Responsibilities

• Scale, engage, and support the entire local HR function.
• Partner with executive leadership and local management to align HR strategy with business goals.
