Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced HR Manager for our client, an established nonprofit working in the civil rights space in South Florida! This is a fully remote position (must be located in PST), with occasional travel for team meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all applicable regulations
• Managing the staffing process including job postings, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Scheduling interviews for prospective job seekers
• Evaluating and suggesting best practices for the department
• Updating the employee handbook
• Tracking KPIs and reporting to the management team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior experience related to HR Management, including talent acquisition
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Office 365, Slack, Asana, and various HRIS and ATS systems.
• Experience with Zoom and virtual conference software is very important

Compensation And Benefits

This full-time, remote opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay range of $45-50, DOE. In addition, this role offers plus a full and robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (eligible after 30 days).
