Job summary

Family Dollar offers a Regional Human Resources Manager position based in Oklahoma City, OK. The role provides operational support and leadership across HR functions for assigned Regions, partnering with regional leaders to sustain workforce stability and compliance.

You will drive succession planning, training programs, and employee communications while partnering with district and store managers to advance HR initiatives and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent work related experience.
• 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
• PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure HR practices are met including HR Compliance, Staffing Levels, Retention and Team Member Engagement.
• Lead regional strategies to develop staff including succession planning, training compliance, coaching, and development plans.
• Execute on store stabilization through interviews, performance management, and turnover programs.
• Provide support and guidance through the Talent Management process.
• Assist Regional Director and Field Managers with team member engagement and investigations.
• Analyze people metrics and regional reports to identify opportunities for improvement and develop market action plans.
• Support implementation of new or updated HR projects and programs.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment law to ensure compliance within Store Operations.
