Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Move merchandise between delivery truck, stockroom, and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and follow corporate directives.
• Maintain promotional displays and ensure store assets are secure.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; support loss prevention.
