Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional HR Manager for Rapid & Rural Logistics PXT (R2L) based in Fort Worth, TX. This role leads a regional HR team, delivering data-driven workforce solutions, talent development, and culture initiatives across sites with ~50% travel.

You will champion HR technology adoption, partner with business leaders, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and maintain hands-on leadership on the floor to drive employee experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of human resources leadership experience or equivalent.
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse HR team to drive operational excellence and employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results.
• Drive talent management and development across all levels.
• Monitor employee sentiment and implement action plans to improve culture.
• Champion organizational change and stakeholder management.
• Lead adoption of HR technology and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee end-to-end PXT operations with rigorous process execution.
• Travel ~50% across the region and work onsite at Amazon facilities.
