Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Market People Leader to work with Regional Vice Presidents and field leadership across a multi-state footprint. You will translate the field’s people strategy into data-informed programs, designing scalable solutions for leadership capability, retention, and culture, while balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution.

The role operates in a large hourly and salaried workforce environment, with extensive regional travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience in multi-unit environments.
• Experience in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to translate people strategy into scalable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Regional Vice Presidents and Market Operations Directors across multiple markets.
• Translate people strategy into data-informed programs and initiatives for leadership development and culture.
• Lead workforce planning, compensation reviews, org design changes, and HR system launches with field execution.
• Diagnose organizational opportunities and implement scalable interventions across regions.
