Job summary

Wonder seeks a Market People Leader (HRBP) to partner with Regional VPs and field leadership across a multi-state footprint. You will translate people strategy into data-informed programs and scalable interventions that elevate leadership capability and organizational health.

You will diagnose turnover, staffing, and leadership gaps, then design workforce plans and execution roadmaps with field leaders to improve engagement and performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience with multi-unit operations.
• Translate people strategy into scalable, effective initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders across regions and markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional VPs and Market Directors to translate people strategy into programs.
• Lead field enablement, process design, and cadence for scalable HR support across regions.
• Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Manage change initiatives for market expansion and organizational restructuring.
