Wonder is seeking a Market People Leader (Regional HR Business Partner) to partner with Regional VPs and field leaders across a multi-state footprint. You’ll translate field people strategy into data-informed programs, elevate leadership capability, and scale interventions across regions.

The role requires extensive multi-unit HRBP experience in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail, with a proven ability to influence at all levels and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with significant time supporting multi-unit operations in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Ability to translate people strategy into scalable, effective initiatives that drive business outcomes.
• Senior-level contributor with cross-functional influence and strong data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Regional VPs and Market Operations Directors across markets.
• Translate people initiatives into scalable programs, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Diagnose operational and people challenges and design targeted solutions for multi-unit operations.
• Lead HR programs including performance cycles, compensation reviews, org design changes, and system launches.
• Coach leaders to improve decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.
