Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to direct full-cycle HR operations at a regional fulfillment facility. This leadership role drives engagement, retention, and site-wide performance while partnering with site leadership and overseeing employee relations, recruitment, safety, compliance, and leave administration.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR in high-volume distribution or manufacturing, strong employment-law knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR generalist/management in high-volume DC/warehouse/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience managing Workers' Comp, FMLA, and ADA accommodations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across floor staff and management.
• Proficiency with enterprise HR software and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations across all site departments.
• Manage high-volume recruiting, onboarding.
• Coach facility management on workforce matters and performance.
• Manage site leave programs and workers' compensation cases.
• Collaborate on safety, compliance, and unemployment claims.
• Audit timekeeping and attendance for accurate reporting.
