Consigli Construction Co. is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to serve as a strategic HR partner across multiple offices in the Milford, MA region. You will drive day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and engagement programs in collaboration with the HR team.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong policy knowledge. You will analyze HR metrics, maintain records, and ensure compliance while supporting leadership and employees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience within human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
• Oversee and support the execution of day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives across the region, including culture-building activities, employee recognition programs, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience across locations.
• Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support investigations and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with the central HR team.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of regional training programs to support leadership and employee development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
• Partner with other HR team members to streamline processes, improve systems, and implement HR initiatives.
