Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to support multiple branches across Arizona, Kansas, Virginia, Louisiana and New York. This role focuses on proactive HR strategy, risk mitigation, and coaching branch leaders to become better managers.

You will handle employee relations, policy implementation, and HR data analysis while collaborating with recruitment and operations. Travel and flexible scheduling are required to cover multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years handling employee relations matters with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Support sites in AZ, KS, VA, LA, NY with HR needs.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions.
• Partner with Recruitment to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.
• Conduct investigations and document findings.
