Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with HR technology and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Business Partners across the region.
• Partner with Field leadership to align HR practices with regional priorities.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, talent development, and succession planning.
• Manage labor relations and contract negotiations as applicable.
• Travel 25-35% and attend meetings at the Houston corporate office.
