Hinckley Yachts is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to manage core HR functions across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and safety. This onsite role requires travel to Ft.

Myers, GA and other southern locations as needed, with a focus on maintaining a positive workplace culture and strong employee relations. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of generalist HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of federal and state labor

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience in multi-site operations is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

Responsabilités

• Serve as regional HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR team to optimize regional processes.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and orientation for new hires.
• Manage employee data and benefits enrollment, including open enrollment cycles.
• Support leave management (FMLA, PFML, Workers Comp) and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain OSHA reporting and injury/illness logs as required.
